July 11 - SISTER Journalism! Stories about Girls’ Lives don’t often make it in the news. We will create our own Newscast, and publish it on our Website. You can work in the background or try the Anchor Role! 

Join Mainely Girls from 4-5 in a celebration of creativity and music at the Maine Potato Blossom Festival. The Whole Potato will be selling ‘Whole Potato Hobo Packs’, topped potato with paninis.

July 18 - Self-Defense 

ACORN Way!! This session will be held at our Facilitator’s Studio and Land in Castle Hill. Daniela Dana, Founder of the New England Acorn Cooperative, will be demonstrating how to make Acorn Ink, Moss Gardens, and we will be creating a stop-action video using Acorns to tell the story of the importance of women's voices in land stewardship.
