This isn’t just a non-profit, it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to a feminine fueled future.

Our Mission

Mainely Girls empowers girls, nonbinary and gender-expansive youth, and their allies in rural Maine to thrive through the arts, mindful movement, outdoor adventures, book clubs, mentorships, community partnerships and civic initiatives.  We nurture confident, resilient, creative, inclusive and connected girls.  

Our girls stand strong together to navigate life’s challenges with the resources, tools and support they need to thrive!
